The Profile
 
Whatever your level of experience, you must be hardworking and enthusiastic with the will to succeed.  You must be willing to operate in an ethical and professional manner and possess strong client handling skills with the ability to continually provide a high quality service in this fast moving industry.
 
In all cases, we are looking for people with a demonstrable record of success in either contract or permanent IT Recruitment, i.e. a minimum of 18 months.  You should be intelligent, highly motivated, pro-active and keen to participate in the running of the business i.e. direction, strategy, project implementation etc. 
 
Our vacancies would appeal to people who are sympathetic to our company culture which encourages all staff to self-manage themselves within a defined framework. The cornerstones of this framework are sound business ethics, a formal Quality Management System (QMS), positive teamwork and finally, a very strong desire to provide excellent service delivery levels across a diverse range of clients. Commuting to our Office Location
 
Our air conditioned offices are part of a development of renovated farm buildings set within 2500 acres of open parkland situated just outside the University town of Oxford. We are ideally located for major trunk road/motorway access and therefore are easily accessible from all directions.  The Oxford Ring Road / A34 is just 8 minutes away and junction 7 of the M40 is 10 minutes away.  Our location would appeal to candidates living in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.   Example travel times are:  Reading (35 mins), Henley (25 mins), Maidenhead/Marlow (40 mins), High Wycombe (30 mins,) Abingdon/Didcot (20 mins), Banbury (45 mins), Swindon (45 mins), Newbury (35 mins), Aylesbury (40 mins), Buckingham (40 mins) and Slough (40 mins).

Resourcer - OTE £20,000

 
In this important entry level position you will assist our experienced Recruitment Consultants in the sourcing of candidates for known vacancies.  You will learn the basics of IT recruitment and be fully trained in candidate assessment.  Successful Resourcers can expect early promotion to Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Trainee Consultant - OTE £25,000

You will be a graduate calibre individual with an interest in IT and looking to develop a career in recruitment.  You must be a quick learner, be highly organised and possess an excellent telephone manner and customer handling skills.  Ideally you must have a least 1 years' experience within an IT, or Sales environment.

Consultant - Base to £25,000 – Realistic OTE £45,000
 
As a Haybrook IT Consultant you will work on a wide variety of vacancies sourced from existing PSLs together with your own sales efforts. Responsibilities will also include new business development, ensuring adequate candidate inflow and maintaining our very high standards of service delivery. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a solid record of achievement as an IT recruiter and be hardworking and enthusiastic with the will to succeed.  You must be capable of operating in an ethical and professional manner and possess strong communication and customer handling skills. In return, we offer competitive basic salaries, realistic OTEs via an uncapped commission scheme and the prospect of future profit share/equity participation. More importantly, as a Consultant with Haybrook IT we can offer you the opportunity to build and run your own desk in the way you want to and allow you to develop to your full potential. Of equal importance, we will give you the opportunity of participating in the direction and strategy of the Company as it expands. It is expected that candidates will have the skills and dedication to gain early promotion to Senior Consultant status.

Senior Consultant - Base to £26,000, + £2,500 car allow. - Realistic OTE £55,000
 
As a Senior Consultant you will work on a wide variety of vacancies sourced from existing PSLs together with your own sales efforts. Responsibilities will also include managing one or more Key Corporate Accounts. You will also have the option of managing Resourcers should you wish to develop your career in this direction.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate a solid record of achievement as an IT recruiter and be hardworking and enthusiastic with the will to succeed.  You must be capable of operating in an ethical and professional manner and possess strong communication and customer handling skills. In return, we offer a competitive basic salary, car allowance & realistic OTE via an uncapped commission scheme and the prospect of future profit share/equity participation. More importantly, as a Senior Consultant with Haybrook IT we can offer you the opportunity to build and run your own desk and team in the way you want to and allow you to develop to your full potential. Of equal importance, we will give you the opportunity of participating in the direction and strategy of the Company as it expands. It is expected that candidates will have the skills and dedication to gain early promotion to Principal Consultant/Team Leader status.

Principal Consultant (Director Designate).  Base to £27,500 + £3,250 Car Allowance £3,250 – Realistic OTE - £60,000
 
 or
 
Team Leader (Director Designate).  Base to £30,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance – Realistic OTE - £70,000
 
These high profile roles will cover the full spectrum of recruitment consultancy as above, but will also include managing several major accounts (or staff members in the Team Leader role) in addition to making major contributions towards the overall running of the business. In this respect there is a real and genuine opportunity of promotion to Director level from either position.

Our past experience shows that it is quite feasible for more junior consultants in other key commercial disciplines to be cross-trained into the lucrative IT sector.
